Hey Everyone!

This week we have a smaller Public update. There is one event, that is for Patrons only, took me much more time than I planned but I liked working on it. I wanted to show my appreciation for my Patrons for supporting me and Valentines Day seemed like a good occasion for that.

I've also made some changes to old buttons in menus, added new one and added some extra screens for confirmations if you want to go back to title or quit, just so you won't click it by mistake and lose some progress (as I did few times).

Secret Care Cafe Release notes 0.3.9:

- changed some icons and buttons (save, load, title screen, skip, menu call in game etc.);

- added to gameplay menu 'go to tittle screen' option

- added need of confirmations if you want to quit or go back to title screen;

- added a tip about what to do during the 2nd Boss minigame; 

- fixed starting new game, now it should reset everything except the cg gallery;

- fixed some gallery mistakes (spacing, scaling and correct pictures for CGs);

- fixed that after the meeting Emilia first time you couldn't talk with girls that day;

[Patreon Build] - added one-time item to buy in the shop that starts the event next day - nsfw event for the main cast (3 animations, 25 cg)

Also, if you will start new game, let me know if everything resets correctly. I've checked as much as I could but still something could have slipped.
