Hey there, thank you for asking and playing! There will be settings yes. Regarding resolution this one is quite harder. You see I've started development with resolutions 1280x720 - All the gameplay and menu mechanics were build based on that small resolution.
But during that time I figured out that some people will want higher resolutions so I made all the next programing steps, like positions of objects, visual novel parts, decisions - universal. Even right now all the CG are in 1920 x 1080! I just scale them down to match the window.
TL;DR: Setting definitely yes, Resolution also yes but resolution can take me some time to rewrite some of the gameplay and menu code.
