Summer events for Rai and Cookie are implemented. Probably you didn't have enough relationship with them (secret lovers)? There are is a tip regarding that choice in the gallery.
Just a little question to ask. Im always in the look out for games where you manage/own a bunch of girls and they work for you. But is this game based on watching these girls serve customers ? or are you truly their pimp, and their hearts and bodies are yours amongst your harem, but they work hard for you benefit (like turning a profit to offer your cause)
So I can know if its about them with us, or them with other people.
Hey there, Depends on you. If a player wants girls just for himself, from the start game is prepared for it. They do serv clients in a normal way and only you can get nsfw events with them. Or you could give them specific item (Triangle Pin), that basically says that not only you but also customers can get nsfw events with maids. I hope this answers your question. Have a good week.

If this is what you’re encountering, the only way is to wait for Microsoft to solve the issue they caused, or to jump to another OS. At least that’s what I did, and this game works fine on Linux using Wine :)

Hey there, NTR content is turned off by default. You have to buy and give specific item (Triangle Pin) to the maid to unlock the NTR content for that character. So it's entirely avoidable. Thanks for checking out the game.
Sorry but i have a question. I currently have the ver 6.3 game and i have already gone through 40 ish days ingame. If i want to download the new ver, will i have to play from the start or the save file will be brought over to the new one? If it is, how to do it?
Hey there! Yes, the save will be brought over automatically. You just have to download new version and that's it, no more manual work needed from you. It's because it is saved in locale directory, not in the game directory. You can safetly delete the game. Have a great weekend! Alex
Very biased negative comments, I'd ignore them all. They probably wanted a quick fap and couldn't get past the early game grind (which is quite severe, but fair). This is one of the best games on itch.io in terms of gameplay, art quality and amount of content. Of course, the negative comments are right on one count. This game has serious NTR themes. This is basically a NTR game. Just don't play it if you don't like NTR? Or don't buy that $600 item (the NTR switch), or take it back from the girls(yes, you can take it back).
Top tier art and animations, decent enough conversations. Fun random events/ 2 unique bosses. Gameplay is engaging and not too complicated, but heavily RNG reliant especially for unlocking the rest of the gallery. It's really nice for the initial play through but once you're done with the current story, the rest of the grind for scene unlock is really not fun. The RNG reliant grind and current bug with gallery hint item is the worst part of the game.
Client RNG, scene RNG and complete lack of explanation of how the game works beyond the very basics is what makes the game frustrating to grind. The grind is also quite significant for full gallery unlock, but at least the game gets really easy in the "endgame" when you have most/all perks.
By the way, the magnifying glass item does not work. There are no gallery hints for unlocking anything at all. The guy eats your money and the item disappears the next day without giving any benefit. But aside from that, hope the dev won't get discouraged by all this negativity. This is potentially one of the best games that will ever release on itch (if it makes it), so.....It does have a bit more to go, though.
TLDR: Great game, 11/10 scene art and writing. Grind needs tweaking, RNG (for guest spawn and scene selection) needs tweaking, grind and RNG need systematic approach, Gallery unlock is frustrating, Gallery unlock hint item needs to actually work. Otherwise, great job!
Some stats/bugs: Endgame I get sometimes get 2k or 8k per day(bugged runs I suspect) but it averages 4-6k per day of the cafe without optimizing gameplay too seriously. That solves most of your money problems except the exorbitantly expensive final level of perk upgrades giving double perk use. Benefit for girlfriend does not stack with final level of "Takeout" perk either, it's just 2 uses, not 3. Takeout not giving any $ is also strange but it's just because you're multiplying by 0. The movie producers barely ever show up, it's darn annoying.
There are so many other details that can be tweaked or reworked, but the game is already pretty darn good. I literally made my first itch.io account just to provide some support for this game, that's how good it is. Sheesh.
Of course! I have already written down few events for only MC x girl (even few summer ones). It just that everything takes time, I can fully work on the game only on weekends so I'm choosing between tasks as I see fit. Don't worry, before final release there will be plenty of events for MC x girl/girls and other events too. But again, time is the only thing I lack right now.
Game's great so far. Just one little thing: It really irks me that, if you click LMB at the last line of a scene (the message before the scene changes) before the full message is typed out, it skips the text instead of showing the rest of the text. And since it usually is the most important bit (showing what changed and other things), I often miss important details. Can you look into it? Thanks!

Things really opened up once I figured out the game mechanics and started making money. The pics from abilities are a great bonus imo; I didn’t expect most of what I saw and I was really into the slippery slope that the girls went down😳

Thanks for checking out the builds! There is a lot of content for both MC and for the clients. Most (not all) of the H events are for MC and most of the in-game cgs are for clients. Harem route is not existing yet (outside of valentines event). I do have plans for it but first I will be focusing on other parts of the game. First is important for me to create relationships of MC x each of the girls, that will transform into Harem possibility much later.

I'm going to start by saying that this is probably one of the most unique games in this platform, not only it is unique, but also the updates are frequent.
I don't remember this game being pushed at the top of the NSFW tag, so it was pushed by the other games out there to the bottom. Right now, because of this man's hard work, it's climbing up to make its mark.
It's been only 6 months since this game's debut, and it's going well. However, there are some more issues about this "unique" game.
Gameplay: 5 hours of total gameplay, 35 days in-game and in all honesty, I don't think I have progressed that much in the game. It's a really grindy game, I understand that but say if you're tasking a level 3 player to give a level 20 task, some might want to finish that task and stop playing the game after that or they'll decide to quit mid-quest. But I really love the idea of the game though, where it has this dining simulatoresque games that you can find anywhere but in an adult theme. Would be better if the game has "weekdays feature" where this certain customer will more likely to come in this day and say in the weekends, if the cafe is closed, you can get to talk to the girls more than one time because 1 time a day is really difficult for progressing. Also, can you please add a feature where you can click instead of dragging? It's just way easier than that.
Sound/Music: The music in the game only has like 3 tracks, and it gets quite boring when the same 2 music is repeated in my ears for an hour that it's actually forcing me to mute the game and play my own playlist in youtube that are copyright-free. Would be better if you have weekdays feature, different track will play on a certain day. It would also be a bit better and add more charm to the game if you give a bit more unique SFX to the dishes being served or add some ambience SFX to sprinkle some realism to it.
Rewarding system: This is where it fails flat, and I'm talking about the H-scene. It honestly feels like the H-scene reward jumped at the should-be 10th reward (and tbh, it doesn't feel like it) because the requirement for some of it is absurd considering that there are only few vanilla scenes. Say the lewdness for this character should be 100 in order to get this scene then that one item costs 800 cash for only 5 levels of lewd. Then you didn't read the latter part of the description that you need to do it with 2 characters. and what I meant by tbh, it doesn't feel like it is the lacks immersion. The BGM used for the scenes is the same as the BGM of the core gameplay, would be better if you add something kinky/romantic themed music to match the scene and there's also no SFX to it which makes it feels so unrewarding. It's a shame because the animation is well-made. Say you want to replay it in the gallery for later, unfortunately though, everything's still the same but worse, what I mean by worse is even the dialogue is removed.
That's everything about what I want to say in this one, got a little carried away because it's a really unique game and I am kind of into dining simulatoresque games lol. So best wishes to you and good luck on your journey.
been playing for the last two hours or so, not sure if i missed something or what. but how do you know when theres a new scene for a girl/how do you progress towards each scene?
Easiest way is to buy magnifying glass, this will unlock tips for gallery and chat menu. Remember to have nsfw mode ON. Mostly it is based on Favor and Lust of the maids. Because 'netorase' stuff is locked behind the 'Triangle Pin' item remember to equip them on the maids.
i tend to over think stuff but is this nsfw from the moment its open or do you have to enable it first? like i said i over think it and cant tell if the selector is what it said it is or if it means that it will be what it says once clicked. i have seen it where they worked both ways before
Hey there! Game starts with SFW ON, you have to click it either in Start Menu or in Main Menu. But if you saved the game with NSFW ON, it loads NSFW automatically each time, until you change it back to sfw. Selector states in what mode it is currently. Also when you change it to NSFW background graphic in Start Menu changes for more nsfw as an indicator!
Hey there! Many people asked about that. So my current plan for it is as follows: when we will be closer to final version, I will buy licenses for android (it's separate licenses in game maker) and I will try to update it to work on android and IOS! I've checked out the programming needed to make it touchscreen compatible and it shouldn't take too long to do. We will see when we get there!
For some reason, both downloads pause at 0.6Gb. The .zip file has a network error, then after I resume it, says the download is "forbidden", and the .rar file pauses (downloading only 0.0b) and only after I go into downloads and pause and resume the download do the network+forbidden thing.
Hey there! Just tested it on two different connections and both files downloaded correctly. There must be something happening with your connection. I used to see this kind of error while downloading in to cases: you've had some quick barely visible disconnections from the net and that disturbed downloading or you've been downloading file for too long and error popped out. Of course I'm not sure if either is happening and I cannot help you here, sorry. :(
Itch.io has a great download speed for it, so I don't think it's their server fault. Maybe try downloading through different browser?
Ah, the second option would make sense, as I have terrible WiFi. I switched to ethernet and the download finished fine. Thanks for letting me know about this, I'll be sure to use ethernet when downloading large games.
umm im unable to safe the game, like ive been through 9 days of the game and once i pressed save it crashes, then i tried again at day 2 and crashed, any way of fixing this?

1st you need to add something like a skip day button for people that got so much money that it become trivial they just want to unlock scene by scene
2nd the food and drink drag to customer getting real repetitive and boring real quick i would suggest to just let it auto check mark watever the customer need as long as you have them in stock and a maid is there to "assist", i have a feeling you going to add in some kind of shop expansion so we wont be dealing with just 4 chairs 3 maids problem and customer constantly getting mad so that would eliminate that bit of head ache, may be switch out the food and drink bar for something "fun".
3rd may be add in option to upgrade the shop into a bar and we can have our main guy be bartender and maid getting frisky stuff 😉

I don't know about auto-checking. I wanted for a player to have dynamic gameplay and with autocheck it becomes borefest (tested it in early stages). Maybe again I will add it as a ability (so after using it, for a limited time, it becomes autocheck and you only need to click the client) or a shop item or achievement? I will have to think about that. But you are right, it does get repetitive. I hope that more in-game events and bosses will change that.
As much as I like the idea of the girls working at a bar I would say this won't be added :P I still want this to be a cafe. But it is possible I will add a skin for a shop and girls, that you could buy in item shop and that would change the look of the place for the bar ;P

oh you should checkout ~Be a maid in the Demon World~ The Secret Café of the Demon Angel Hero. it would give you an idea of what i mean auto check stuff yet it not boring since u can add in some mini game of getting tips ect.
Nice concept, but way too grindy. Stat increments to show new H-scenes for clients, and personal progress are way too high.
Should be more like every 25 points. most people don't want to grind 100 points for a single h-scene.
or allow gifts much earlier...
Suggestions: 1. You should be able to access the girls stats on the fly.
2. Should be a meter to indicate how "friendly" you gotten with the girls as to when you should expect a personal h-scene.
2.5. Should be a meter to indicate the next client based h-scene threshold.
example @ 50 75 100..etc
3. Consider allowing the MC to add rules for the girls like no intercourse. If you are gunna try to date these girls, you really do';t want them pumping every client. NTR really turns many people off.
4. Why does it take so long to open up gifts? that would alleviate the grind. this should be available as soon as you start making money.
5. There doesn't seem to be any goals, like no paying down a debt, or buying new things for the cafe, or adding new treats..or new outfits?
6. A h-scene gallery to know when you capped out is a must
7. only being able to talk to one girl per day is a bit.. much that makes grinding even more tedious.

I'm still working on the game everyday to make it as good as I can! Slowly most of the things you've mentioned I will be correcting or changing. Below some information regarding you suggestions.
1. I do have a question to that, what do you mean access the girls stats on the fly? Like information in esc menu maybe?
2. This is the idea of the Favor stat. Unfortunately I still don't have all the scenes. Slowly in each build I'm adding them so hopefully in later builds it will be more distinguished.
2.5 I will have to include this information in tutorial maybe? Because basically its how it works. For special care pics you need Chat stat (0-25, 25-50, 50-75, 75-100,>100) and then there is lewdness/smugness that can change 100 chat pic for other. The same for flirt and take out. Please do consider that I still don't have all stat pics for Cookie and Rai. Still working on them.
3. This is a design choice that will have an effect on the endings. I will only say now that the player will have to learn should he be using abilities pass certain point? Or maybe lower their stats with [REDACTED]? Depends on what ending you will aim for.
4. Sorry, sorry. I'm working hard everyday to add as much as I can to the game. I will try to add at least some items in one of the next build (maybe 0.2.4? I will have to confirm it later)
5. Skins (outfits) and cafe looks is something I will think about adding after all the main features will be completed. It's not hard to implement (I already experimented with it) but takes a lot of time and I think more appealing for the players will be: bosses with special abilities that can help you if you satisfy them or makes your game harder if you won't, client rushes that will make your days full of 1 or 2 clients. In final version, main game will either end after certain number of days or after certain event. Paying off dept is something I also though about I am still not sure if I want it. I added this to my list of things to think about. We will see.
6. Gallery is a must! I agree and it will be implemented!
7. I though about it a lot during designing of this but I think it is enough. I still want player to choose between girls and 'harem' ending cannot be this easy to achieve.

Thanks for getting back to me. After dabbling a bit in rpgmaker MV, and unity myself it gives me a new found appreciation for the work that goes into these games.
This one I really enjoyed the concept. It has that casual day by day feel, and a bit of asset managment plus a side of visual novel. A little like that natuku fap ceo game. But this one isn't mind numbingly boring after a few clicks. You feel a bit more inclined to get to know the girls as actual characters rather than just something to beat off to.
To answer your questions:
1. (Question on stats on the fly)
Yes I was suggesting either a menu option or a mini window when you hover over the girls in the cafe. (While they are not working ) would be a nice quality of life upgrade.
Sounds like you are working hard and you already have a good workflow for the future.
Addressing favor items and placeholder abilities, it may be in your best interest to add a little tool tip for the players 'not implemented yet' just so they understand what they can an can't do yet.
Sometimes as a developer you need to look at it from the perspective of the player a bit more
As for 7. Ahh that makes more sense now. In that case if I'm going to choose a girl for example 'cookie' then I would want to heavily limit her sexual interaction with customers.
I have a bit of experience with these kinds of games, game playwise , story, editing, and playtesting. If you are looking for someone to collaborate with, or just bounce general theory off.
And.. I could also grill your game really hard if you'd like that kind of critique to as I've played and tinkered with quite a few mods some of the very best like illusion's artificial academy and their newer ones like ai girl.

I think it would be better not to clutter the gameplay screen with more information if we hover over their idle animations but maybe show it after you click 'esc' (on the side?). We can think about it. I still lack a lot of core options (settings, gallery, bosses, endings and few more) but I'm actively working on the game. Slowly I will add everything that the game needs.
I'm very happy with how much work I am able to put to this game every week. All the support and interest I get from people really motivates me. The game is really awesome and got my attention. I don't know what you're planning for the future but it will be nice to see weather changes and events related to this. Maybe a pole dance stage inside the coffee (VIP section??) and some in-game animations when use the actions like special care, flirt... (because that picture takes too much time to fade)

I have few huge plans for the game, like bosses every few days, special events like clients rushes you have to prepare for few days if you want your popularity raised significantly (like patient rushes in Hospital games), special abilities for you to use during the gameplay and items to buy and use on your maids during chat events to raise theirs stats and also gallery for already seen events. Right now I'm ending client book programing - so after using "Give Number" ability on clients you will learn more about them, each time ability will be used on them and thanks to that you will know their 'stats'. About the pictures taking too long to fade, actually the problem isn't the timing , but the picture itself covering the food icons. Maybe if you just move it a little will solve the issue.

Pictures changing according to the girl stats is really awesome because we don't know exactly what to expect when we perform an action. When a different picture comes, it's a surprise and this makes me go further and further to see another things like this. You mentioned that there is a secret inside the game that is undiscovered yet. Keep going on this secrets haha' it's very fun when there is something to discover. I saw someone on discord that write a review, if you don't mind, I'd like to do the same on future builds. (Sorry if I made some ortographyc mistakes, I don't know where I can use "in", "on" or "at" -_- / portuguese is better than english for me :D )

I always loved secrets in games. Especially hidden story in otherwise normal game. I definitely will keep making them. Please do write a review when you will have time! I love reading about different views about my game and it helps me improve. But maybe wait till the few next builds (maybe 0.2.5 or 0.2.6?) because I still have a lot to change based on feedback :D

Hey there, thank you for asking and playing! There will be settings yes. Regarding resolution this one is quite harder. You see I've started development with resolutions 1280x720 - All the gameplay and menu mechanics were build based on that small resolution.
But during that time I figured out that some people will want higher resolutions so I made all the next programing steps, like positions of objects, visual novel parts, decisions - universal. Even right now all the CG are in 1920 x 1080! I just scale them down to match the window.
TL;DR: Setting definitely yes, Resolution also yes but resolution can take me some time to rewrite some of the gameplay and menu code.

That's a one time event. There will be couple of events like that (where you have to choose) and they will be affecting the endings.

When I open the game, it closes immediately. I couldn't find the source of the error, and it happens every time I try to open the game.

Mac versions doesnt want to work for me. i download it fine, but trying to run it says that its broken
There is a work around that. If your game will crash on the start please try this:
Launch Terminal and then issue the following command: xattr -cr /path/to/application.app
For example: xattr -cr /Applications/Secret Care Cafe.app
But right now MAC version is outdated, my current mac machine isn't able to render mac builds anymore (too big), I need to upgrade it before that.

As long as you give an option to everybody people are free to see it or not. Sometimes people like to force their view on others like in comments. Do what you like and thats the most important thing.
gonna keep an eye on this as the comments have mentioned quite a bit of ntr content and I find that a big uhh "softener" just wondering exactly how avoidable it is, hoping for a switch in options that I can just click and completely forget about, or something similar.

NTR content is turned off by default. You have to buy and give specific item (Triangle Pin) to the maid to unlock the NTR content for that character. So it's entirely avoidable.

Sorry but i have a question. I currently have the ver 6.3 game and i have already gone through 40 ish days ingame. If i want to download the new ver, will i have to play from the start or the save file will be brought over to the new one? If it is, how to do it?

Yes, the save will be brought over automatically. You just have to download new version and that's it, no more manual work needed from you.
It's because it is saved in locale directory, not in the game directory. You can safetly delete the game.

Very biased negative comments, I'd ignore them all. They probably wanted a quick fap and couldn't get past the early game grind (which is quite severe, but fair). This is one of the best games on itch.io in terms of gameplay, art quality and amount of content. Of course, the negative comments are right on one count. This game has serious NTR themes. This is basically a NTR game. Just don't play it if you don't like NTR? Or don't buy that $600 item (the NTR switch), or take it back from the girls(yes, you can take it back).
Top tier art and animations, decent enough conversations. Fun random events/ 2 unique bosses. Gameplay is engaging and not too complicated, but heavily RNG reliant especially for unlocking the rest of the gallery. It's really nice for the initial play through but once you're done with the current story, the rest of the grind for scene unlock is really not fun. The RNG reliant grind and current bug with gallery hint item is the worst part of the game.
Client RNG, scene RNG and complete lack of explanation of how the game works beyond the very basics is what makes the game frustrating to grind. The grind is also quite significant for full gallery unlock, but at least the game gets really easy in the "endgame" when you have most/all perks.
By the way, the magnifying glass item does not work. There are no gallery hints for unlocking anything at all. The guy eats your money and the item disappears the next day without giving any benefit. But aside from that, hope the dev won't get discouraged by all this negativity. This is potentially one of the best games that will ever release on itch (if it makes it), so.....It does have a bit more to go, though.
TLDR: Great game, 11/10 scene art and writing. Grind needs tweaking, RNG (for guest spawn and scene selection) needs tweaking, grind and RNG need systematic approach, Gallery unlock is frustrating, Gallery unlock hint item needs to actually work. Otherwise, great job!
Some stats/bugs: Endgame I get sometimes get 2k or 8k per day(bugged runs I suspect) but it averages 4-6k per day of the cafe without optimizing gameplay too seriously. That solves most of your money problems except the exorbitantly expensive final level of perk upgrades giving double perk use. Benefit for girlfriend does not stack with final level of "Takeout" perk either, it's just 2 uses, not 3. Takeout not giving any $ is also strange but it's just because you're multiplying by 0. The movie producers barely ever show up, it's darn annoying.
There are so many other details that can be tweaked or reworked, but the game is already pretty darn good. I literally made my first itch.io account just to provide some support for this game, that's how good it is. Sheesh.

Of course! I have already written down few events for only MC x girl (even few summer ones). It just that everything takes time, I can fully work on the game only on weekends so I'm choosing between tasks as I see fit. Don't worry, before final release there will be plenty of events for MC x girl/girls and other events too. But again, time is the only thing I lack right now.

It really irks me that, if you click LMB at the last line of a scene (the message before the scene changes) before the full message is typed out, it skips the text instead of showing the rest of the text. And since it usually is the most important bit (showing what changed and other things), I often miss important details. Can you look into it? Thanks!

Things really opened up once I figured out the game mechanics and started making money. The pics from abilities are a great bonus imo; I didn’t expect most of what I saw and I was really into the slippery slope that the girls went down😳

Thanks for checking out the builds! There is a lot of content for both MC and for the clients. Most (not all) of the H events are for MC and most of the in-game cgs are for clients. Harem route is not existing yet (outside of valentines event). I do have plans for it but first I will be focusing on other parts of the game. First is important for me to create relationships of MC x each of the girls, that will transform into Harem possibility much later.

I'm going to start by saying that this is probably one of the most unique games in this platform, not only it is unique, but also the updates are frequent.
I don't remember this game being pushed at the top of the NSFW tag, so it was pushed by the other games out there to the bottom. Right now, because of this man's hard work, it's climbing up to make its mark.
It's been only 6 months since this game's debut, and it's going well.
However, there are some more issues about this "unique" game.
Gameplay:
5 hours of total gameplay, 35 days in-game and in all honesty, I don't think I have progressed that much in the game. It's a really grindy game, I understand that but say if you're tasking a level 3 player to give a level 20 task, some might want to finish that task and stop playing the game after that or they'll decide to quit mid-quest.
But I really love the idea of the game though, where it has this dining simulatoresque games that you can find anywhere but in an adult theme.
Would be better if the game has "weekdays feature" where this certain customer will more likely to come in this day and say in the weekends, if the cafe is closed, you can get to talk to the girls more than one time because 1 time a day is really difficult for progressing.
Also, can you please add a feature where you can click instead of dragging? It's just way easier than that.
Sound/Music:
The music in the game only has like 3 tracks, and it gets quite boring when the same 2 music is repeated in my ears for an hour that it's actually forcing me to mute the game and play my own playlist in youtube that are copyright-free.
Would be better if you have weekdays feature, different track will play on a certain day. It would also be a bit better and add more charm to the game if you give a bit more unique SFX to the dishes being served or add some ambience SFX to sprinkle some realism to it.
Rewarding system:
This is where it fails flat, and I'm talking about the H-scene.
It honestly feels like the H-scene reward jumped at the should-be 10th reward (and tbh, it doesn't feel like it) because the requirement for some of it is absurd considering that there are only few vanilla scenes. Say the lewdness for this character should be 100 in order to get this scene then that one item costs 800 cash for only 5 levels of lewd. Then you didn't read the latter part of the description that you need to do it with 2 characters.
and what I meant by tbh, it doesn't feel like it is the lacks immersion.
The BGM used for the scenes is the same as the BGM of the core gameplay, would be better if you add something kinky/romantic themed music to match the scene and there's also no SFX to it which makes it feels so unrewarding. It's a shame because the animation is well-made.
Say you want to replay it in the gallery for later, unfortunately though, everything's still the same but worse, what I mean by worse is even the dialogue is removed.
That's everything about what I want to say in this one, got a little carried away because it's a really unique game and I am kind of into dining simulatoresque games lol. So best wishes to you and good luck on your journey.

Easiest way is to buy magnifying glass, this will unlock tips for gallery and chat menu.
Remember to have nsfw mode ON.
Mostly it is based on Favor and Lust of the maids. Because 'netorase' stuff is locked behind the 'Triangle Pin' item remember to equip them on the maids.

Game starts with SFW ON, you have to click it either in Start Menu or in Main Menu. But if you saved the game with NSFW ON, it loads NSFW automatically each time, until you change it back to sfw.
Selector states in what mode it is currently. Also when you change it to NSFW background graphic in Start Menu changes for more nsfw as an indicator!

This may be a stupid question but will you ever make a android version? Or will it take to long to redo it for another platform? The game is awesome.

Many people asked about that. So my current plan for it is as follows: when we will be closer to final version, I will buy licenses for android (it's separate licenses in game maker) and I will try to update it to work on android and IOS!
I've checked out the programming needed to make it touchscreen compatible and it shouldn't take too long to do. We will see when we get there!
For some reason, both downloads pause at 0.6Gb. The .zip file has a network error, then after I resume it, says the download is "forbidden", and the .rar file pauses (downloading only 0.0b) and only after I go into downloads and pause and resume the download do the network+forbidden thing.

Just tested it on two different connections and both files downloaded correctly. There must be something happening with your connection. I used to see this kind of error while downloading in to cases: you've had some quick barely visible disconnections from the net and that disturbed downloading or you've been downloading file for too long and error popped out. Of course I'm not sure if either is happening and I cannot help you here, sorry. :(
Itch.io has a great download speed for it, so I don't think it's their server fault. Maybe try downloading through different browser?
Ah, the second option would make sense, as I have terrible WiFi. I switched to ethernet and the download finished fine. Thanks for letting me know about this, I'll be sure to use ethernet when downloading large games.
When I unselected the 'fullscreen' option, my screen went black. I couldn't alt tab or open task manager. Ultimately I had to restart my computer.

umm im unable to safe the game, like ive been through 9 days of the game and once i pressed save it crashes, then i tried again at day 2 and crashed, any way of fixing this?

1st you need to add something like a skip day button for people that got so much money that it become trivial they just want to unlock scene by scene
2nd the food and drink drag to customer getting real repetitive and boring real quick i would suggest to just let it auto check mark watever the customer need as long as you have them in stock and a maid is there to "assist", i have a feeling you going to add in some kind of shop expansion so we wont be dealing with just 4 chairs 3 maids problem and customer constantly getting mad so that would eliminate that bit of head ache, may be switch out the food and drink bar for something "fun".
3rd may be add in option to upgrade the shop into a bar and we can have our main guy be bartender and maid getting frisky stuff 😉

I don't know about auto-checking. I wanted for a player to have dynamic gameplay and with autocheck it becomes borefest (tested it in early stages). Maybe again I will add it as a ability (so after using it, for a limited time, it becomes autocheck and you only need to click the client) or a shop item or achievement? I will have to think about that. But you are right, it does get repetitive. I hope that more in-game events and bosses will change that.
As much as I like the idea of the girls working at a bar I would say this won't be added :P I still want this to be a cafe.
But it is possible I will add a skin for a shop and girls, that you could buy in item shop and that would change the look of the place for the bar ;P

oh you should checkout ~Be a maid in the Demon World~ The Secret Café of the Demon Angel Hero. it would give you an idea of what i mean auto check stuff yet it not boring since u can add in some mini game of getting tips ect.
Nice concept, but way too grindy. Stat increments to show new H-scenes for clients, and personal progress are way too high.
Should be more like every 25 points. most people don't want to grind 100 points for a single h-scene.
or allow gifts much earlier...
Suggestions:
1. You should be able to access the girls stats on the fly.
2. Should be a meter to indicate how "friendly" you gotten with the girls as to when you should expect a personal h-scene.
2.5. Should be a meter to indicate the next client based h-scene threshold.
example @ 50 75 100..etc
3. Consider allowing the MC to add rules for the girls like no intercourse. If you are gunna try to date these girls, you really do';t want them pumping every client. NTR really turns many people off.
4. Why does it take so long to open up gifts? that would alleviate the grind. this should be available as soon as you start making money.
5. There doesn't seem to be any goals, like no paying down a debt, or buying new things for the cafe, or adding new treats..or new outfits?
6. A h-scene gallery to know when you capped out is a must
7. only being able to talk to one girl per day is a bit.. much that makes grinding even more tedious.

I'm very glad people take their time to play the game and write about it's problems.
I'm still working on the game everyday to make it as good as I can! Slowly most of the things you've mentioned I will be correcting or changing. Below some information regarding you suggestions.
1. I do have a question to that, what do you mean access the girls stats on the fly? Like information in esc menu maybe?
2. This is the idea of the Favor stat. Unfortunately I still don't have all the scenes. Slowly in each build I'm adding them so hopefully in later builds it will be more distinguished.
2.5 I will have to include this information in tutorial maybe? Because basically its how it works. For special care pics you need Chat stat (0-25, 25-50, 50-75, 75-100,>100) and then there is lewdness/smugness that can change 100 chat pic for other. The same for flirt and take out. Please do consider that I still don't have all stat pics for Cookie and Rai. Still working on them.
3. This is a design choice that will have an effect on the endings. I will only say now that the player will have to learn should he be using abilities pass certain point? Or maybe lower their stats with [REDACTED]? Depends on what ending you will aim for.
4. Sorry, sorry. I'm working hard everyday to add as much as I can to the game. I will try to add at least some items in one of the next build (maybe 0.2.4? I will have to confirm it later)
5. Skins (outfits) and cafe looks is something I will think about adding after all the main features will be completed. It's not hard to implement (I already experimented with it) but takes a lot of time and I think more appealing for the players will be: bosses with special abilities that can help you if you satisfy them or makes your game harder if you won't, client rushes that will make your days full of 1 or 2 clients. In final version, main game will either end after certain number of days or after certain event. Paying off dept is something I also though about I am still not sure if I want it. I added this to my list of things to think about. We will see.
6. Gallery is a must! I agree and it will be implemented!
7. I though about it a lot during designing of this but I think it is enough. I still want player to choose between girls and

Thanks for getting back to me. After dabbling a bit in rpgmaker MV, and unity myself it gives me a new found appreciation for the work that goes into these games.
This one I really enjoyed the concept. It has that casual day by day feel, and a bit of asset managment plus a side of visual novel. A little like that natuku fap ceo game. But this one isn't mind numbingly boring after a few clicks. You feel a bit more inclined to get to know the girls as actual characters rather than just something to beat off to.
To answer your questions:
1. (Question on stats on the fly)
Yes I was suggesting either a menu option or a mini window when you hover over the girls in the cafe. (While they are not working ) would be a nice quality of life upgrade.
Sounds like you are working hard and you already have a good workflow for the future.
Addressing favor items and placeholder abilities, it may be in your best interest to add a little tool tip for the players 'not implemented yet' just so they understand what they can an can't do yet.
Sometimes as a developer you need to look at it from the perspective of the player a bit more
As for 7. Ahh that makes more sense now. In that case if I'm going to choose a girl for example 'cookie' then I would want to heavily limit her sexual interaction with customers.
I have a bit of experience with these kinds of games, game playwise , story, editing, and playtesting. If you are looking for someone to collaborate with, or just bounce general theory off.
And.. I could also grill your game really hard if you'd like that kind of critique to as I've played and tinkered with quite a few mods some of the very best like illusion's artificial academy and their newer ones like ai girl.

1. That's a good idea and I already added it to things to add. I think it would be better not to clutter the gameplay screen with more information if we hover over their idle animations but maybe show it after you click 'esc' (on the side?). We can think about it.
I still lack a lot of core options (settings, gallery, bosses, endings and few more) but I'm actively working on the game. Slowly I will add everything that the game needs.
I'm very happy with how much work I am able to put to this game every week. All the support and interest I get from people really motivates me. Every time I get a little lazy I think about every follow/comment/patreon/view/download and I get back up to work on the game. I hope in the future more and more people will enjoy this game.
Regarding other topics I would love to hear more from you about every aspect of the game. I know it is not perfect and it probably never will be but I will make it as great as I will be able to.

Maybe a pole dance stage inside the coffee (VIP section??) and some in-game animations when use the actions like special care, flirt... (because that picture takes too much time to fade)

Thanks for playing! I have few huge plans for the game, like bosses every few days, special events like clients rushes you have to prepare for few days if you want your popularity raised significantly (like patient rushes in Hospital games), special abilities for you to use during the gameplay and items to buy and use on your maids during chat events to raise theirs stats and also gallery for already seen events. Also I have few other ideas but these here will be the priorities for now! I will be updating my devlog here on itch.io and my patreon page every few days to let everyone know on what I'm currently working on.
Right now I'm ending client book programing - so after using "Give Number" ability on clients you will learn more about them, each time ability will be used on them and thanks to that you will know their 'stats'. This will help you to preprare for future events regarding previously mentioned Client Rushes!
Regarding pictures taking too long to fade, I will look into that and maybe shorten it by a little to speed it up!
Maybe I will do some kind of poledance special event, will keep that idea for future, thanks!

About the pictures taking too long to fade, actually the problem isn't the timing , but the picture itself covering the food icons. Maybe if you just move it a little will solve the issue.

Pictures changing according to the girl stats is really awesome because we don't know exactly what to expect when we perform an action. When a different picture comes, it's a surprise and this makes me go further and further to see another things like this. You mentioned that there is a secret inside the game that is undiscovered yet. Keep going on this secrets haha' it's very fun when there is something to discover. I saw someone on discord that write a review, if you don't mind, I'd like to do the same on future builds. (Sorry if I made some ortographyc mistakes, I don't know where I can use "in", "on" or "at" -_- / portuguese is better than english for me :D )

I always loved secrets in games. Especially hidden story in otherwise normal game. I definitely will keep making them.
Please do write a review when you will have time! I love reading about different views about my game and it helps me improve. But maybe wait till the few next builds (maybe 0.2.5 or 0.2.6?) because I still have a lot to change based on feedback :D

Cool game. I'm aware that a save system will be implemented but will we get settings and the ability to change the resolution as well?

There will be settings yes. Regarding resolution this one is quite harder. You see I've started development with resolutions 1280x720 - All the gameplay and menu mechanics were build based on that small resolution.
But during that time I figured out that some people will want higher resolutions so I made all the next programing steps, like positions of objects, visual novel parts, decisions - universal. Even right now all the CG are in 1920 x 1080! I just scale them down to match the window.
TL;DR: Setting definitely yes, Resolution also yes but resolution can take me some time to rewrite some of the gameplay and menu code.
